Body Core & Tone

Focusing on core strength, flexibility and all over body toning, stretch and tone is great for those looking for a full body workout with extra emphasis on core work and stretching. In this class all movements and exercises set by the instructor will be practiced as a class, with a variety or progressions or simplified variations to accommodate all abilities.
