Carrefour is one of the longest running gyms in Jersey (the longest we think!). Started in 1998, we now have two sites - St Lawrence and St Helier. Both gyms have a full suite of facilities and an extensive range of equipment to help members achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. Some of our members have been with us since Day 1, and there's plenty more folk who have joined along the way.

Club Carrefour, located in St. Lawrence, is a vibrant community-focused fitness centre dedicated to promoting health and well-being. It offers a wide range of facilities, including state-of-the-art gym equipment, group exercise classes, beauty salon and personalised training programs tailored to every fitness level. With a welcoming atmosphere and a team of experienced professionals, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals while fostering connections and a sense of belonging.

Our town gym, Carrefour Metro, located on Colomberie, is our largest facility, with 3 floors offering specific areas for different types of equipment and workouts. It's remote access system allows members to use the gym outside of staff reception hours, and it's open standard hours on most Bank Holidays. Classes at Carrefour Metro are maximised around working hours to allow you to fit it in with a busy schedule.
